Shipping FAQ

Our shipping partners are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely during this time. Due to the precautions we are taking relative to the COVID-19 we are experiencing longer ship times than usual.

Most orders ship within 5 business days after paid. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you when your item ship from our shop.

Free shipping for all orders over $75.

Shipping Costs and Time

Most of orders we ship within 3 business days of purchase. During high volume times such as sales and holidays please allow up to 21 business days.

International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country,

Orders $75 and over (after any discounts) ship free. All orders under $75 are subject to a flat $8 shipping fee.

Most orders ship via USPS. Some orders we are ship via Russian Post and DHL.

I’d like my order to arrive on a specific date.

We cannot currently guarantee delivery by a specific delivery date.

Please avoid delaying delivery to later dates if possible.

I indicated an incorrect address

We are not able to accommodate change adresses for orders once they have been shipped. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to the customer’s mistake. Reshipment on packages returned to Kawaii Doll due to incorrect address will reship at the customer’s cost.
